Getting started
What is Naapp?
Naapp replaces the paper naap book and the WhatsApp-and-diary routine. Every customer's measurements, orders and payments live in one simple app — so your shop runs on taps, not torn pages.
How do I start?
Register your shop from the app, and use everything free for 30 days — no card needed. If your shop is in Ludhiana, we'll come and set it up with you in person.
Do I need to be good with phones?
No. Naapp is built for daily shop use on budget Android phones — big taps, your own language, nothing hidden in menus. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Naapp.
Measurements & orders
Can I set my own measurement fields?
Yes. You decide the naap fields for each garment — a kameez needs different measurements than a blouse. Save them once, and every new order for that customer fills itself in.
What happens if a customer's measurements change?
You edit their saved naap any time. Past orders keep a frozen copy of the measurements taken that day, so updating a customer's numbers never changes an old order.
Can I attach photos, voice notes or a design sketch?
Yes. Add photos of the design or fabric, record a voice note, write notes, or sketch the neck design with your finger — all saved on the order itself.
Languages & devices
Which languages does Naapp work in?
Nine, to start: Hindi, English, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and Bengali. Same design in every one — your staff uses the app in the language they're comfortable in.
What phones does it work on?
Any Android phone or tablet from the last several years — Naapp is built to run well on budget devices. An internet connection is needed to sync and back up your data.
Pricing & trial
How does the free trial work?
Register your shop and use everything free for 30 days — every feature, unlimited orders, no card needed. That's a full stitching cycle to see if Naapp fits your shop.
What does it cost after the trial?
One simple plan: ₹250 a month, or ₹2,400 for the year (two months free). Nothing is charged silently. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
Data & privacy
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your naap book is backed up to the cloud and only your shop's login can see it. A lost phone means a new login, not lost measurements.
Who can see my customers' information?
Only your shop. Each shop's data is walled off from every other shop, and we never sell it. Read the full details in our privacy policy.
What if I stop using Naapp?
Your data stays yours. You can export it, and you can ask us to delete your shop's data entirely — see the privacy policy for how.
