Your fields, your names, your units
A kameez needs different naap than a blouse, and every master has their own way of writing it. Naapp lets you define the measurement fields for each garment type — add, rename or reorder them any time.
A customer's naap is saved once and prefilled into every new order. And because each order keeps its own frozen copy, updating a customer's naap never changes what an old order was stitched to.

Stages your table already follows
Each item in an order moves through the stages of real tailoring work. The order's status follows its items, so "kitna kaam bacha hai?" is answered by a glance, not a walk to the back room.
Delivery dates keep today's work on top — with overdue orders flagged before the customer has to remind you.

Design notes
Photo, voice, sketch — the design as the customer gave it
"Same as this photo, bas neck thoda deep." Every order item carries the whole brief: photos of the design or fabric, a voice note in the customer's own words, and written notes right next to the naap.
And for necklines and collars — draw it. A small sketch pad on the order lets you draw the gala design with a finger, the way you'd sketch it in the margin of the naap book.

Payments
Advance in, balance out — automatically
Take an advance when the order is placed, record payments as they come — cash, UPI or card. Naapp keeps a ledger for every order and shows the balance without anyone doing arithmetic in a margin.
The home screen totals what's pending across the whole shop, so you know exactly how much is out there before you close for the day.
